We have started our summer honey harvest. We have a good crop of very light color, mild flavored summer honey that is a mix of mainly black locust, russian olive and basswood/linden honey.
Our honey stand is open 24/7.We offer a wide range of honey products produced right here in Cortland County. Raw honey, strained honey and comb honey. Our flavors include summer wildflower, bamboo( japanese knotweed ),fall wildflower and buckwheat.
